Retail and centre car parks
Centre decks and surface car parks carrying sand, food waste and oil drip. We sweep before trade and scrub the entry aprons so the first customers of the day aren't walking grit into the mall.
The Gold Coast's cleaning problem is abrasive, not just untidy. Wind-blown sand and salt ride in on shoes, tyres and delivery pallets, then grind away at sealed floors, thresholds and line marking every day the site is open. Out here sweeping is genuinely preventative maintenance, not cosmetic.
The work also splits into two very different jobs. North of Nerang the sites are industrial — Yatala, Stapylton, Ormeau, Molendinar — big sheds, cold stores and transport yards. From Southport to Coolangatta it is hospitality, retail and residential towers, where the cleaning has to happen before the doors open and be invisible by the time they do.

The industrial north of the Coast: distribution sheds, cold stores and transport yards along the M1 corridor. Large sealed floors and plenty of hardstand — the kind of area where a ride-on sweeper earns its keep in a single shift.
Basement car parks, podium decks, driveways and bin rooms for strata-managed buildings. Sweeping keeps the sand down; pressure cleaning deals with the stains that make an entrance look tired.
We run the Coast from the Yatala end down, so northern industrial sites slot straight into an existing route. Southern and hinterland sites are scheduled by the week rather than ad hoc.
Not on the list? Ask anyway — most sites fall on an existing run.
Yes. Most of our Gold Coast retail work starts pre-dawn and is finished before trade. Scrubbers dry the floor behind the machine, so there's no wet-floor window between us leaving and customers arriving.
It does. Coastal sites pick up abrasive sand and salt far faster than inland ones, and it's that grit — not the look of the floor — that wears sealed surfaces and line marking. Plenty of Coast sites move from monthly to fortnightly for exactly that reason.
Regularly. We'll quote against the building's scope, work within the access and noise restrictions in the by-laws, and provide completion records you can put in front of the committee.
We'll walk the site with you, measure the areas and quote it properly. The assessment is free and you are under no obligation.
