The Redlands is a different problem to an industrial estate. Sites here are public-facing — centres, medical, schools, body corporates — with mature trees dropping litter all year and bayside wind carrying sand and salt across the hardstand. Can you sweep before the centre opens?
Yes — most of our Redlands car park work is done early morning before trade starts, so the site is clean for the first customers and the machines are gone before the car park fills.
Do you clear leaf litter and drains?
Leaf litter is the main job out here. A sweeper lifts it off the surface rather than pushing it into the drains, and we flag any grate or sump that is starting to block so it can be cleared before the wet.
Our car park is small — is it worth a machine?
On its own, no. Grouped with the other bayside sites we sweep that day, it is. Tell us the size and frequency and we will price it honestly either way.
