What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, business, phone number, email address and the site details you describe. We do not ask for and do not need financial information through this site.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to contact you, arrange a site walk, prepare a quote and, if you engage us, to deliver and invoice the work.

The quote form

Our quote form is provided by JotForm. Submissions are processed through JotForm’s systems before reaching us, so their handling of that data is also subject to their own privacy terms.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than service providers who help us operate — for example our form provider and our email provider. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where you become a client, for the period our business and tax records require.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to say so before they are.

Access and correction
